Requests - Non Anime Art

Being an artist, I'll never turn my nose up at a request (or, especially, a comission) just because it isn't anime. Here are some of my comic and real life attempts.

I LOVE Brandon Lee, so much so that I probably would not have attempted to draw him, had my youngest brother not begged me to.
Yet another one of my brother David's idols. This is copied from the little-known comic book--which rocks, by the way!
My first ever paid comission!
These were comissioned by a director I've worked with, Rob Weinstein.

He is directing a play where this woman gets an homage to September 11 painted on her nails.
As you can see, all of these have to do with either NYC and/or the WTC attack.
I kept these small while drawing since they are going to be shrunk and printed as decals to get on the nails.
All of the reference pictures for these were found online.

Puppy! This was hard to draw.
The only one of these with color, as it is hard to truly express the American Flag without red, white, and blue.
This man does not take good photos.
I was told to make Guliani and O'Reilly--who would be featured on the thumb nails--to look like Jackie Chan.

Vlad liked the drawing I did of "Sign of the dollar", so he asked me to design a logo for his online dating service. It’s neat—we had almost the same ideas separately.
Dave asked me if I'd like to help him redesign a webpage for a girl who runs her own jewelry business. I hope we get hired!
My job is to "girlie" it up, and provide cute little fairies. (And yes, this particular fairy is inspired by Sakura.)
Drawing this way is so much fun!
