Neptune

Naoko once said that Michiru was her ideal, a vision of perfection. I tend to agree.

I hadn't drawn in a long time, and the attempts I had made lately weren't coming out to my liking, so I decided to fall back on copying other pictures. This was originally a fairy in a garden, but I felt like drawing Michiru as a free spirit, enjoying the wind. Recognize the background?
