I got this costume as a gift in 2016, so when I threw a Halloween party in 2017, I figured, why not? For a Halloween costume it's all right, but if you're looking for a convention quality costume, it had a lot of problems, all of which can be boiled down to it being One Size Fits All. The dress isn't a dress so much as it is a tube; it's a spandex material with no zipper, just elastic in the bustline, which means it doesn't have the proper sweetheart neckline, and it has no indentation at the waist at all. I wore a corset underneath and tried to pin the dress to that, which helped some, but I still had I don't know how many feet of loose fabric to gather in the back. That being said, the material itself is actually *super* pretty, and my makeup came out so well (I can't tell you how many people didn't recognize me!) that I figured it warranted inclusion on the website. If I ever wear it again (I can't imagine why I'd ever wear it again) I'd bring it to a tailor and 1) have it taken in and 2) have a zipper installed.
