When OPIB started discussing what we wanted to do for Otakon of 2016, I suggested that we do one of the senshi's more recognizable outfits, especially since we'd done artbook outfits for the past...gosh, eight years. Granted the Eternal fuku are not *that* recognizable, considering they're manga only, but they're just so pretty we couldn't resist. I was tempted to just wear my old costume, but it is fifteen years old at this point, and Avi was remaking her much newer Eternal Saturn in the interest of making the group match, so what the heck--I was game too.

Avian Firefly made my, Lady Terentia's, and Aki Reiini's fuku, using Zan's pattern. She also ordered us tiaras from Catzia's Collectibles, and boots from Electrique Boutique that she then modified to have the proper "v" shape. The earrings, broaches, and the stars on our chokers and boots came from Seiya and Yaten of Starlit Creations.

In the end, I'm glad that this was the costume we picked for our big group: my original Eternal Sailor Mars costumes was one of the first costumes I wore to my first Otakon back in 2004. It's fitting that my new Eternal costume was one of the last costumes I wore to the last Otakon in Baltimore.
