Would you believe I had never been to a Renaissance Faire before? I know, it seems like it's right up my alley! But when I was a teenager I didn't have a car, and then as I got older life got in the way. Avian Firefly invited Dave and me to join her on the very last day of the 2017 season, and it turned out our mutual friend Mamoru Kou was going. I didn't know what to wear, so Avi gave me the very first costume she had ever made. Dave did a full shoot of Avi, but when he saw how amazing Mamoru Kou's dragon-kin costume turned out, he conducted a little mini-shoot of the two of us as well.
